Auxilmed's Humanitarian Initiative for Ukrainian Healthcare

Supplying second-hand, quality-checked medical equipment to Ukrainian hospitals rebuilding under the hardest conditions.

Responding to a Critical Need

In Ukraine's turbulent wartime period, the devastation of hospitals and medical centres has left an already strained healthcare system on the brink of collapse. Entire communities have found themselves without access to essential healthcare, facing unprecedented challenges. We, at Auxilmed, an initiative by the Kapita Foundation, recognise the urgency of the situation and feel compelled to step forward.

Compassionate Care

Our focus is simple and heartfelt: to offer what we can where it is needed most. By providing second-hand medical equipment that adheres to strict quality standards, we hope to bring some relief to the dedicated medical professionals working tirelessly on the front lines, and to the patients they care for.

Why Ukraine?

The scars of war run deep, leaving behind a landscape where medical facilities lie in ruins and essential resources are scarce. The lack of healthcare access has contributed to avoidable suffering. In these trying times, we seek to extend a helping hand to the people of Ukraine by supplying second-hand medical equipment to hospitals and medical centres, tailored to their urgent needs.

Strength in Partnership

In our mission to bring urgent relief to the healthcare system of Ukraine, we acknowledge that we cannot do this alone. We humbly seek partnerships with organisations, institutions and individuals who share our vision, and we are building support with the European Union and Western funding bodies. Our initiative is open to all who wish to contribute, whether you represent an organisation, a community, or simply yourself.
